Orientation control of two-dimensional perovskite (CH<sub>3</sub>(CH<sub>2</sub>)<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>)<sub>2</sub>(CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>)<sub> n−1</sub>Pb<sub>n</sub>I<sub>3n+1</sub> (n = 2) thin films by thermal annealing

چکیده

Abstract It has been attempted to preferentially orientate Pb-I layers in two-dimensional (2D) organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite thin films (CH 3 2 ) NH )Pb I 7 perpendicular substrates only by thermal annealing after spin coating of a reagent solution for improvements the energy-conversion-efficiency solar cells. is found from X-ray diffraction measurements that ratio intensity (202) plane (060) becomes larger thermally annealed (50 °C–135 °C) samples. This indicates layer tends grow surface substrate. In particular, reached 8.2, which compared with 2.7 randomly oriented powder sample, sample prepared on SnO substrates. Such seem contribute tandem-type cells utilizing 2D as an active top cell.
